Core 4 Solutions Warranty Information

Core 4 Solutions is proud to offer a 1 year warranty on all hardware we ship from our warehouse in Minnesota.  If, within the first year, your hardware fails due to a product defect, we will replace the component at no cost.  If the item is no longer available, we will refund you the original purchase price.

Core 4 Solutions Warranty details and disclaimers
Core 4 Solutions products carry a Hardware Warranty. Core 4 Solutions warrants these products for a period of one (1) years, commencing from the date of original shipment by Core 4 Solutions, that the hardware portion of the product(s) listed above ("Hardware") purchased from Core 4 Solutions or its authorized resellers, shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and will perform substantially in accordance with manufacturers published specifications provided to Customer with the Hardware that are applicable to the product release purchased. If the Hardware fails to comply with the foregoing warranty during the applicable warranty period (a "Defect"), Core 4 Solutions, at its sole discretion, shall repair or replace the Hardware that is determined to be defective, provide a workaround for the non-conforming Hardware, or if replacement or repair is impractical, refund the fees paid by Customer for such non-conforming Hardware, (solely pursuant to our Hardware Return Material Authorization process). The warranted Hardware may include some used, refurbished or remanufactured components which are warranted the equivalent of new. Return for Repair: (7-10) business days from the time of receipt of product at repair facility. Return time may vary based on regional location and shipping restrictions.
