HPE Renew products are fully restored to like-new standards by trained and qualified remanufacturing teams in factories managed by Hewlett Packard Enterprise. This allows us to leverage the larger HPE infrastructure and pass these savings on to you.

1: Hewlett Packard Enterprise enforces its strict quality standard across all HPE Renew resources.
Each HPE Renew product is disassembled, intensively cleaned and inspected by trained and qualified remanufacturing professionals.
2: HPE Renew products undergo comprehensive remanufacturing and testing processes, ensuring that they meet HPE’s stringent standards.
Components are reassembled with the latest hardware revisions and firmware version. System software is then tested and brought up to the latest release level. Only genuine Hewlett Packard Enterprise parts are used in the remanufacturing process.
3: The process is completed to achieve HPE Renew products that are equivalent to new.
All HPE Renew products are inspected and must pass stringent quality checks. They are restored to default settings and shipped with the latest applicable product documentation. Sitting side-by-side, you can’t tell the difference between an HPE Renew product and a new product other than the serial number.
4: Each product is packaged as per the original factory specifications and is ready for delivery and installation.
As proof that Hewlett Packard Enterprise stands behind all its products, you’ll receive an HPE Renew Certificate of Quality right in the box. The same-as-new factory warranty is activated upon delivery and refreshes the full original warranty so you can feel confident that your purchase is backed by Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
