Return & Warranty Policy

Warranty

Core 4 Solutions provides a standard 30-day hardware warranty on parts and components and a 90-day hardware warranty on complete systems and switches, unless a different term is expressly stated on your quote, invoice, or online order confirmation. Coverage up to one year is available at no additional charge on approved purchases. Extended coverage beyond one year is available for an additional fee.

For covered hardware issues, we provide troubleshooting assistance where applicable and advanced replacement when available. If replacement is unavailable, we will arrange repair. If neither replacement nor repair is possible, we will issue a credit for the affected equipment.

Returns of Non-Defective Items

• Non-defective items must be returned to Core 4 Solutions within ten (10) business days of receipt.

• Returned items must be 100% complete and in the same condition as received.

• Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%.

• New factory-sealed items are not eligible for return or refund if the original packaging has been opened. Defective items remain covered under our warranty.
